Reporting Tools

The report function allows enterprises to manage and review the performance of their business with ease. A choice between standard reporting tools and integrated reporting tools exist. 

Performance Management provides company executives and managers with multiple views of operational performance and activities in the organization.

View Layers

A secure access layer can be enabled. This only permits permitted users to assess the data in a secure environment via the business view layer. 

VVEBS Application Controls support Jasper/Crystal Reports as well as any open source/3rd party reporting tools, API/XML path. These are pre-defined views for business partners/products/open orders/shipments.

Open Order Management

Create quotes, orders, manage materials, invoices and payments 

Quotations - provide for the creation and printing of customer quotations based on general or customer specific price lists. Quotations may also be modified at any time and can be automatically converted to a Sales Order without additional data entry.

Sales Orders - foundation for generating sales order, shipment and invoicing documentation. In addition, Vendor Purchase Orders may be created automatically for the items specified on a sales order and directly shipped to the customer if appropriate. Different types of sales orders cause different business process behavior. For example, "Standard Order" by comparison, will check availability before accepting the order then queue the order for fulfillment by the warehouse and then generate an invoice in the next invoice run or otherwise in accordance with the invoice rules for that customer.

Delivery Order - Based upon the details captured on the Sales Order, one or more shipments can be generated immediately. Confirmations can be used to manage movements of inventory from, say, a receiving area to 'put away' areas from which it then becomes available for further processing.

Returns - Automate your customer return processes, Return Materials Authorization (RMA). RMAs are linked to the original Sales Order and Shipment. Begin by specifying a return policy the requirements for accepting returns. VVEBS ERP supports both default return policies, and exceptions that are linked to specific Products, Business Partners or other criteria. Return transactions and Credit Memos are generated automatically or manually depending on the RMA Document Type. Generate final return documentation automatically or manually as the returned goods arrive in your warehouse. As in the case of shipments, confirmations can be used to manage movements of inventory from the receiving area to ‘put away’ areas.

Invoices - Generate invoices according to general business rules or based on specific arrangements in place with the customer, either Immediately after each shipment, when the order is completely shipped, or base on a predefined invoice schedule specific to the customer.

Payments - Open Items are settled by entering AP/AR Payments

Warehouse Module

Years of work related in inventory distribution, arrangement, allocation has helped optimize the VVEBS ERP Warehouse module. This highly flexible warehouse management module will help in allocating, arranging and reallocating stock. 

This module and the Sales & Finance Module are interlinked, hereby enabling the sales staff to allocate stock to sell individually or to sales teams with different pricing in mind. Staff in the finance department will be able to easily retrieve CoGS and turnover figures based on stock counts.

An innovative add-on “On The Road” provides in location tracking allowing the warehouse officer to plan the journey arrangement route, stocks to be sent and the required number of trucks required. This add-on has been designed to target both the needs of vendors and customers to track their transport and shipments.
